Fuller Hospital is seeking a proactive hands-on Director to lead our Human Resources department. This pivotal position is responsible for the full scope of HR service delivery for this 102 bed behavioral health hospital. Reporting directly to the CEO, as the Human Resources Director you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that the hospital is in compliance with all State, Federal and Joint Commission regulations and standards.
Oversee exempt and non-exempt recruitment and selection. Full cycle recruitment experience is required.
Actively work with senior leadership, site managers and supervisors on employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
Partner with the staff education department to ensure employees are oriented to the hospital and equipped to provide excellent service to our clients.
Participate in senior leadership strategic development to address current and future hospital needs.
