Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare, Human Resources or a related field
Five years of experience in learning and leader/staff development
Two years of experience managing and implementing clinical training programs
Five years of supervisory experience
Familiarity with Learning Management/Talent Management Systems with the ability to develop and deploy learning management technology; Cornerstone preferred
Knowledge of adult learning theory
Strong ability to lead and apply organizational and change theories
Excellent facilitation, public speaking and communication skills
Ability to problem solve by collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
