The HRIS Specialist will oversee HRIS systems integrity and serves as administrator for applicable HR technologies and is responsible for mananging the ongoing operation of HRIS, as the internal expert ensuring that all users maximize the systems potential. Performs all aspects of data handling; providing extraction and workforce analysis in support of our HR initiatives and businesss stakeholders. Acts as liaison to external departments as required and delivers consistently accurate, efficient and professional service. Advanced proficiency in PeopleSoft, MS Office, excel spreadsheet manipulation a must. Experience with learning, performance and talent acquisition management systems is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate must be able to manage assigned projects with effective time manangement, and work collaboratively wit5hin a team-oriented, fast paced environment in addition to taking initiative, and providing new and creative solutions using analytical skills. Bachelor's degree preferred, 3-5 years experience in Human Resources or related field and 3+ years of HRIS administrative experience (including extraction, reporting and analysis) preferred.
