The EAP Associate will provide general administrative assistance for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) such as billing, marketing and provider relations.
Processes and tracks all EAP providers billing; returning all unclean claims.
Processes and tracks all EAP vendor invoices.
Processes and tracks all bills for office, telephone, etc.
Assist all providers and vendors regarding claim questions.
Generates and tracks invoices for EAP services to contracted companies.
Keeps current list of EAP company contracts and contacts and distributes accordingly.
Process payroll sheets for Employee Assistance team.
Type correspondence, reports, forms and other items requiring judgment as to content, accuracy and completeness.
Transcribes and types meeting minutes for Quality Assurance and Credentialing Committee and other meetings as assigned.
Assist with Marketing of the Employee Assistance Program;
Attend On-site Benefit Fairs and client companies new Employee Orientations as needed.
Assists Provider Relations with administrative tasks as needed basis,
Maintain provider credentials and files.
Assist with re-contracting of EAP Provider Network; mailings, telephone inquiries etc.
Assist the Access Center Representatives locating providers to meet the client s needs
Assist in the recruitment of Speakers that meet the needs of the EAP customer base both in clinical diversity, origin, gender and geographical locations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of administrative experience in an office environment, including experience with billing / invoicing.
Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills, ideally in a healthcare setting with providers.
Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computer applications, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint.
Ability to travel to other sites as needed.
