The Staffing Coordinator is responsiblefor carrying out staffing policies/procedures and guidelines under thedirection of the Operations Manager/Supervising Designee of each unit.This individual is responsible forcommunication, maintenance of accurate staffing sheets and logs, and data entryfunctions.Additional responsibilitiesinclude coordinating data entry of unit schedules.Other responsibilities include orientationand training of new staff and collaboration with the professional and non-professionalemployee towards achieving fiscal and quality care goals.
