Summary: Provides support to the BHS Physicians Network Quality department regarding compilation of and analyzing data related to clinical outcomes, patient safety, risk, safety, accreditation, and other areas of clinical data. Participates in various performance improvement activities at facility and system levels in coordination with other quality team members. Gathers data pertaining to the clinical quality dashboard and communicates to appropriate team members. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
- The individual will work with all levels of staff to develop, apply, and execute analytical strategies and methodologies for performance improvement projects and support accreditation, regulatory, and compliance activities as it relates to the WellMed Managed Care Program
- Support to TPR Quality Department regarding compilation and analyzing data related to clinic outcomes, patient safety, risk and other areas of clinical data.
- Participates in various performance activities to improve quality scores at the clinic level and cumulative to market levels,
- Work directly with providers and office staff to gather/review clinical data for submission to payer; attestations, Focus on Care, KPI�s.
- Submission of quality measures to include data entry to payer specific systems thus maximizing reimbursement
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Associates Degree from an accredited college or 4 years experience in lieu of education
Preferred Education: Bachelor�s degree from an accredited college or university in statistics, management analysis, or similar related curriculum.
Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in healthcare field. Experience with data analysis utilizing statistical methods. Technical competency in computer applications for data management systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, statistical principles, and database query.
