Performs diversified advanced administrative and project coordination functions for the Business Development & Strategic Services department within MemorialCare Medical Foundation to advance overall growth and development of strategic initiatives. Facilitate meeting logistics and calendaring of multiple schedules simultaneously for department leadership. Assists in developing presentations, reports and meeting agendas to advance key initiatives related to business growth, new practice acquisitions and development and advancement of business transformation initiatives. Composes communications via email, letter and voice, reports, and complex documents that require a high degree of knowledge of strategic initiatives, policies, organization, personnel, and services. Able to administer administrative details, take and transcribe documentation of a complex and confidential nature, and use discretionary initiative and judgement in handling sensitive and confidential details. Demonstrates superior interpersonal and administrative skills commensurate with position.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
Supports administrative and project coordination tasks to support successful implementation of new initiatives, new site development and key strategic transactions.
Serves as a project coordinator for business transition projects including acquisition of new practices or new office setup, coordinating with other support services (supply chain/contracting, finance, accounting, accounts payable, legal, business integration, etc.)
Ability to accurately prepare correspondence, reports and presentations to support department performance management and advancing strategic planning and initiatives.
Ability to administer meeting requests and calendar multiple calendars and set meeting logistics as appropriate; coordinates for entire department leadership (1 VP, 1 Exec Dir, 2 Directors).
Maintains internal business records and archives related to specific transactions and initiatives.
Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
High level of organizational skills in maintaining scheduling and coordinating executive meetings, events and functions that are both internal and external to MemorialCare.
