Mission Hospital is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery nurse practitioner to join a dedicated and skilled team in Mission Viejo, California. Work with a patient-centered department while using your knowledge and expertise to support seasoned surgeons with a focus on open heart and structural cases. The ideal candidate is a key player, has at least three years of experience and is ready to serve a medically diverse patient population. In this role, you will be responsible for rounding on patients, writing orders, pulling chest tubes and preparing patients for discharge and follow ups. • 3+ years' experience in Cardiovascular required
• Cardiac and Thoracic surgery, including structural heart patients (TAVR and Watchman).
• Supports 6 surgeons
