Northwest Permanente, PC, is currently seeking a board certified or eligible Comprehensive Otolaryngologist for a full time practice in Portland, Oregon.*** We are interviewing interested candidates at AAO-HNS. Text Shana Klemchuk at 971-347-5826 to meet our Chief of Service.***We currently have 20 physicians within our Head and Neck Surgery Department, comprised of generalists and sub-specialists in all areas. In addition, four physician assistants support our practice. We are affiliated with Oregon Health Sciences University, with staff participating in resident educationWe can support a general otolaryngology/head and neck surgeon but can also accommodate interests in rhinology, skin cancer and reconstruction. Our practice provides a full range of medical and surgical care to our patients. Working for Northwest Permanente, our Head and Neck Surgeons enjoy:$398,393 - $515,000 - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*

• Salary: $325,350-$391,950
• Prorated to .90 FTE
• 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
• 90%+ employer paid health plan
• Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance
