JOB SUMMARYThe Revenue Charge Capture Supervisor under the guidance and direction of the Director and CFO, is to ensure accurate charge capture by continual updates, reconciliation, and additions to charge master for all surgical and anesthesia procedures for all three surgical departments.  Supervise all scheduling and charge capture staff to ensure compliance of assigned staff and functions with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements.  Develop departmental budget and capital planning for three surgical departments. Assure that implants are logged into the documentation system and that records are maintained according to the recommendations and policies.
