Highlights:Join an established team of 3 physicians and 17 CNMs in a 280-bed community hospital with annual surgical volumes of 8,700+ cases.Wide variety of cases with 100% medical direction, doing own cases is negotiable, in a 1:4 care team model.Surgical specialties include ORS, ENT, GYN, C-Sections, Cardiology (no open hearts), Podiatry, Urology, Endoscopy, Cataracts, Pediatric Dental, General Surgery, Neurosurgery (mostly backs).Monday-Friday work schedule (times vary) with protected time off pre/post call during the week (the day before call out first, post call day off). 10-weekend call shifts annually (extra pay for call).
