DescriptionAs the Outpatient Coding Supervisor, you will oversee daily workflow, quality, and reporting activities for all outpatient coding services, including ambulatory surgery, emergency, and observation coding. Reporting to the Medical Coding Manager, you will ensure that productivity standards are met to support the organization’s financial goals while upholding high standards for data quality. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in compliance, ensuring adherence to The Joint Commission (TJC), OSHPD/MIRCAL, and CMS guidelines, and you will act as an internal co
